Each service is designed to leverage the investment a practice has made in its internal systems. Claritee will not replace your existing systems; instead, we offer supplemental services that extend and enhance them. Our service deliverables can be in the form of emails, reports, web portals or interfaced directly into your systems. Each service can be performed at our facility through a secure data interface, or as an in-house installation. Below is a brief description of each Claritee service.

Claritee Group also offers data conversion services for medical practices converting their Practice Management or Electronic Medical Records systems.

	Our Payment Audit service evaluates the accuracy of payer reimbursements. By comparing the provider's actual payments received against the payer's contractual fee schedules, Claritee can pinpoint underpayments down to the billing line item and file the appeal with the payer.
	Our Code Validation service ensures code compliance before the claim is sent to the payer. This service allows the practice to proactively monitor its claims and reduce the number of denials.
	Our Insurance Verification service automates the validation of patient eligibility and insurance information. This service ensures patient claims are not rejected due to invalid patient eligibility or coverage information.
	Our Claims Status service automatically checks the status of a claim after it reaches a defined age (e.g., 45 days) or on-demand. The rules can be defined based on individual payer payment history or set globally for all payers. This service notifies the provider of issues with a specific claim so action can be taken to resolve any discrepancies.
	Our Care Measures service empowers the physicians and staff with an evidence-based system to measure patient outcomes. Care Measures can be configured by the practice group or by using industry quality standards. This solution brings consistency to patient care and provides the practice with evidence to support pay-for-performance standards.
	Our Care Notifications service provides physicians and staff with notice of needed follow-up action, such as visits, lab tests, medication changes and more based on the patient's individual profile.
