Daniel Hughes


Dan Hughes is a Managing Director of Claritee Group, LLC. Dan co-founded Claritee in 2000 and has over 13 years of experience helping clients improve the efficiency of their financial operations through business process reengineering, implementation of financial transaction systems, and the development of sophisticated analytical reporting applications. Dan has provided his expertise to a broad and diverse range of clients in the healthcare, financial services, telecommunications, and manufacturing industries.

Prior to co-founding Claritee, Dan served his clients as a management consultant and financial statement auditor at Arthur Andersen, LLP. As an auditor, Dan developed a deep understanding of financial statement preparation, which included accurately recognizing revenue and expenses and adhering to professional and statutory standards. With Andersen, Dan also spent several years working as a project leader on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations.

Dan received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Temple University. Dan's professional activities include membership in Toastmasters International, the Microsoft Healthcare Users Group (MSHUG), Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), and The Data Warehousing Institute (TDWI). Dan is a published author and contributor to industry journals.

Ken Jones


Ken Jones is a Managing Director of Claritee Group, LLC. Ken co-founded Claritee in 2000 and has over 16 years of experience in creating software solutions for clients in a number of industries including financial services, healthcare and telecommunications. Ken has extensive experience as a developer, technical architect and project manager for a wide variety of system implementations spanning all areas of transaction processing and decision support applications.

Prior to co-founding Claritee, Ken served his clients as an independent consultant, a systems engineer and manager at EDS, and as a senior consultant with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).

Ken offers Claritee's clients a solid software engineering background and the discipline required to create quality solutions. Ken's passion is focused on creating solutions that help the analysts in the enterprise measure and understand their business.

Ken received his Bachelor of Science, Computer Science from James Cook University of North Queensland, Australia. He is also a member of the Data Warehousing Institute. Ken is a published author and contributor to industry journals.
